1st images of the Core Set!

Hi everybody!

It seems like there's a convention in Las Vegas at the moment (Gama something) that FFG attends. It was an opportunity for someone to sneak out a picture of the core set.




To be honest, I like the arts a lot, but I'm clearly not a huge fan of the design. It feels like the different icons (challenges, str, affiliation) are just laid there, without really being part of the deisgn...

But it shouldn't be something to stop me from playing ^^.

I want a CSI-style "zoom and enhance" feature for those cards.

Getting excited for Version 2 now. Speculation of the cards we can see:

Robert Baratheon - House Baratheon - 7 Gold, 5 Str, Military and Power - Lord, King - 'Intimidate'(?) Renown - Robert Baratheon gets +1STR for each other kneeling character in play.

Queen of Thorns - House Tyrell - 7 Gold, Intrigue ...

Longclaw - Nights Watch - Valyrian Steel, Sword - 'Attach to a Nights Watch'(?) character only. Attached character gets +1STR and ....

The other stuff i can make out seem to be: a Greyjoy Event, Varys (neutral???), a Dothraki and another dude?

Also it looks like there is some text underneath the gold cost? Could this be the 'Loyal' keyword that was mentioned?
